1. No Refunds
- All payments made for services, including setup fees, demo test fees, and commissions, are non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you agree that all transactions are final.
2. Forex Trading Risk Disclaimer
- Forex trading involves significant risk, and the majority of traders lose money. By using our services, you acknowledge that you fully understand the risks associated with forex trading. We are not liable for any losses incurred while using our services. It is important to trade only with capital you can afford to lose.
3. No Financial Advice
- MillionaireStepsFX and its representatives are not financial advisors. The information and services provided are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
4. Payment of Commission
- Clients are required to pay the full commission on profits as stipulated. Failure to pay the commission in full may result in the termination of services and removal from our program. To be reinstated, clients must pay the outstanding commission and a reactivation fee of $79, including setup if necessary.
5. Service Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, fail to pay commissions or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to the service or other clients.
6. Changes to the Terms of Service
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
